The Elite Fighting Challenge (EFC) was born on the mat of a Mixed Martial Arts gym with a simple idea: Provide up-and-coming fighters with the best opportunities to compete, while giving fans the best show possible.
On October 7, 2011 we proudly present EFC9. This event promises to be one of the best MMA events since the outset of EFC! The fights will begin at 7:30pm at Wave Convention Center in Virginia Beach. Tickets start at just $35 dollars. Student and Military Discounts are available!

EFC9 is a Wave City Care Fundraising event. Wave City Care is a private 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, established in 2002, dedicated to improving the lives of individuals and famlies right here in Hampton Roads. This is accomplished through basic care (food distribution, soup kitchen and clothes closet), educational services (tutoring and mentoring), and health and human services (addiction recovery).
